And The Winner Is…
Kurama Magazine’s Personal Style Challenge had an overwhelming response from young aspiring models all over the Caribbean as well as fans and followers. St. Lucia was the most well represented island with eleven contenders raking in a total of 1780 votes. The rest of the contestants came from Jamaica, Barbados, Bermuda, Trinidad, Guyana, Antigua, The Bahamas and Haiti.

Kesia: Bajan Style Rebel
Kesia Estwick is well known for her punk style and rock and roll inspired designs. The 21-year-old artist defies the fashion norms of Barbados with this unique style, yet her work has received a lot of positive feedback from anyone who sees it. Kesia took the time out with Kurama Magazine to discuss her journey in the industry so far, and for a photoshoot of her new wearable line entitled “Kiss The Girl”.
