Cover Drive Rocks At Summertime Ball

Barbadian pop band Cover Drive landed a huge gig in England where they got to perform for a crowd of 80,000 at London’s Wembley Stadium last Saturday. The event was Capital FM’s Summertime Ball, an annual mini-festival that featured major music stars including Katy Perry, Coldplay, Usher, Justin Bieber and Jessie J, among others.

Cover Drive worked the fans into a frenzy when they performed their popular single ‘Twilight’ during the Breakers section of the concert.

“Wembley, are you ready to do it Bajan style?” Amanda, the lead singer, asked the crowd as they kicked off ‘Twilight’. The quartet just released their debut album ‘Bajan Style’ and was very excited about performing at such a massive event. They ended their set by thanking their fans for all their support.
